Push introduces the new Elevensix S series

Push Industries is releasing its third version of the Elevensix rear shock, with this iteration being called the S-Series. The majority of the changes seem to focus on the damping and feel on the track. Therefore, drivers who already own an Elevensix can send in their units to have them updated with the new internals. This is possible because no *major* external changes have been made to the chassis. For all the details straight from the horse’s mouth, read the press release below…

(press release) – Although the new third generation ELEVENSIX (S Series) looks similar with its distinctive fully CNC machined design, it offers significant performance improvements.

New damping architecture

  • Improved low speed damping properties provide more traction at low speeds
  • The mid-speed cushioning properties have been redesigned to provide a more lively (poppy) feel
  • Increased progressiveness of the hydraulic bottom piston on the end stroke provides an even more bottomless feel. Increased response time to high frequency bumps, resulting in less harshness
  • Improved mid-stroke high-speed compression to avoid a “dead or over-damped feeling.”
  • Improved external adjustment range for easier trail tuning

Backwards compatibility

Our new Performance Pack upgrade ($160) is also available for previous “R-Series” customers. This upgrade is available to all R-Series shock customers when they send their shock to one of our global service centers for factory rebuild ($190). This kit excludes external cosmetic components but installs all of the newer S-Series performance updates and tuning.

60 day performance guarantee

Every ELEVENSIX comes with a factory settings card and online tuning instructions for each motorcycle. We also have a team of experts available from 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time via phone, email and live online chat to help you optimize your setup. Although rare, sometimes these efforts are exhausted and retuning is required. Returns are free for the first 60 days; the customer only pays the shipping costs.

Special E-MTB version

Mountain bikes with pedal assistance place higher demands on the suspension components. Our E-MTB-specific ELEVENSIX model shock absorbers feature a high-strength Melonite QPQ steel shaft as well as compression and rebound damping properties specifically tailored to E-MTBs. These specific tunings provide unmatched small bump sensitivity and traction while supporting the frame’s additional mass with a bottomless feel on the trail.

The easiest way to improve your suspension without knowing anything about suspension

It’s one thing to build a high-performance, adjustable rear shock. It’s another thing to do this in a way that allows the customer to just start driving. At ELEVENSIX, each shock absorber is tailored to the specific bicycle application, taking into account the frame design, connection properties and intended use. PUSH engineers spend countless hours riding each individual bike using advanced diagnostic tools, analyzing and sweating the details that ultimately make up the final recipe. This focus on research allows us to deliver a shock absorber with the necessary spring, mounting hardware and preset ride settings.

Size specific floor system

All S-Series shocks feature a completely redesigned floor system that is optimized for the shock’s travel, eliminating compromises in medium and short travel shocks. This system features new bottom shock absorber designs to increase spring progressiveness and, coupled with our speed sensitive internal hydraulic bottom piston, provides seamless bottoming. Both systems are also independent of each other and of the main damping circuits, allowing for completely independent tuning.

Created in Colorado

It’s not enough to say “hand-assembled.” We take great pride in the meticulous detail work that goes into designing, manufacturing and, yes, “hand-assembling” a product. We are creators, inventors, pioneers. Every day we strive to develop new ideas, construct them using advanced 3D computer models, then build prototypes, test and break them. We rebuild every component over and over again; Drive, evaluate, discuss and modify until we are satisfied. We create (and recycle!) mountains of aluminum chips and ultimately turn these prototypes into really, really good suspension components. When we say “Made here,” we mean it. From the initial concept to placing the label on your shipping box, we pride ourselves on high quality suspension products from start to finish. Are there easier ways? Secure. Is the PUSH way easy? Absolutely not.
Every PUSH component is precision manufactured under our roof here in Colorado by passionate people using state-of-the-art CNC manufacturing equipment and measurement systems. Our products are then assembled by experienced technicians, inspected for quality by careful eyes and hands, and delivered to you, backed by the best customer service in the industry.
