This “Jam Style” weekend features several events including the Cool Runnings Invitational, Top Gun Jump Jam and Hot Laps Enduro. Compete against your friends in a “best of” racing format that gives you multiple chances to set your best time. Come one, come all to Port Gamble, WA for the first ever Hot Laps! HOT LAPS ENDURO

The Hot Laps Enduro is a completely new format for 2024. It is enduro racing with a difference… 5 stages with a “best of” format of 3 runs. Your best time is the one that counts! It’s a low-pressure, high-excitement style of racing that provides a welcoming environment for first-time riders and creates an epic battle for the top pros.
Event structure and details
-Timing of RACE CASCADIA
-Racers must complete the course (all 5 stages) and “dip their chip” to receive a time on the board. After a time has been achieved, drivers can begin their additional hot laps!
– Maximum of 3 laps per stage
-Beginners and athletes will complete fewer and fewer difficult stages
-Cash prizes for the top five men and women
-Individual stages win cash prizes for male and female stage winners
-Product prizes for male and female winners in all categories.

Feel the rhythm, feel the rhyme, get up, it’s bobsleigh time!! The Cool Runnings Pro Invitational is the individual slalom event of the century! We encourage spectators and encourage hecklers as some of the fastest racers in the country compete! 3 timed runs per racer in “Best of” format. Your fastest lap counts! To sweeten the prize, 100% of your registration money goes towards the prize money. It’s a high-stakes race you won’t want to miss. Event rules and details
-Timing according to NW Cup
-E-bike motors must be switched off
-Friday training is open all day (track closed to the public)
-Training on Saturday morning (2 hours), then the race begins
– After each of the 3 heats (essentially 3 full races), riders are stacked in order of their placing in the previous heats
– Cash prize for the top 3 in each category. Your entry fee tops up the prize money. Shoot for
3,000 – 2,000 – 1,000 prize money for the podium (depending on whether we reach the minimum number of 50 riders).
TOP GUN JUMP JAM
– SweetLines women’s session on Friday evening, May 24th
– Top Gun Jump Jam Saturday night, May 25th.
The Top Gun Jump Jam is a fully public session held on Port Gambles’ famous Iceman and Maverick jump lines and takes place the Saturday evening following the Cool Runnings Invitational. Ride with your heroes and high five at a casual jam event. Prizes will be awarded for the best whip and line for men and women. As an added bonus, we are hosting a women’s warm-up session on Friday evening, supported by Sweetlines. Don’t miss this great opportunity to hone your skills in a low-pressure, high-smile environment! CAMPING
Public camping is available at the Port Gamble RC field adjacent to the mountain bike trails. $10 per night, with 100% of the proceeds going directly to Evergreen West Sound for the development of bike trails in Port Gamble. Park your van, set up your tent and drive straight to the festivities on an easy-to-navigate network of trails. The beer garden will be open Friday and Saturday evenings and hosted by Evergreen West Sound.
