The new Everrati Porsche 964 RSR Homage

Everrati Automotive Limited, the leading sustainable luxury technology company specializing in redefining and future-proofing automotive icons through the integration of cutting-edge electric vehicle (EV) powertrains, today introduces its most driver-focused electrified Porsche yet – a new entry inspired by the type 964RSR. Building on Everrat’s leading portfolio of redefined modern Porsche classics, the new zero-emissions tribute takes up the ethos of the Type 964 RSR 3.8 and combines a stunning, motorsport-inspired, hand-built 911 with carbon fiber body panels and a variety of weight-reduced vehicles. Savings made both inside and out to bring things up to date with a bespoke, state-of-the-art, OEM quality electric powertrain.

The Type 964 RSR 3.8, launched in 1993, is one of the rarest 964 variants. Only 51 examples of the race-ready lightweight competition car with rear-wheel drive and turbo MPV were ever produced. At that time, a famous motorsport emblem was revived by Porsche, which first appeared on the 911 Carrera RSR in 1973 and has since appeared on the ultimate track-focused 996, 997 and 991 models. As a car steward and passionate automotive enthusiast, Everrati honors the influence and legacy of the 964 RSR with its redefined model, creating a fully future-proof example of sustainable luxury, a rolling work of art, a vehicle for generations to come to enjoy.

Based on an expertly restored 911 (964) that started out as a narrower car, Everrati’s RS-inspired edition respects the RSR’s lightweight and high-performance ethos, with the rear seats removed, a rear roll cage added, and the weight reduced by installing driver and passenger seats, covered with the world’s lowest carbon leather from Everrati partner Bridge of Weir Leather. On the outside there are lightweight 18-inch wheels from HRE, while the striking carbon fiber bodywork features an all-new aero package, including a larger rear spoiler inspired by the legendary 964 RSR and a revised lower front splitter.

Under the cover there is a 63 kWh battery and a battery management system in OEM quality. This Gen2 version offers numerous advances over Everrati’s Gen1 system, including new and improved cooling and a refined version of the drive controller and software, increasing performance and efficiency. With powerful OEM-quality electric motors delivering electrifying power to the rear wheels via a limited-slip differential, the RSR-inspired version delivers a zero-emissions range of more than 200 miles and 0-60 mph acceleration in 3.7 seconds. The RSR Homage also features TracTive suspension, a premium, electronically controlled active and adaptive suspension system that offers multiple settings to optimize and improve driving dynamics, comfort and performance, whether on the road or track. In combination with Apple CarPlay and AC and DC fast charging, the new RSR homage is ideally equipped for a short trip on the country road or a longer journey.

Justin Lunny, Founder and CEO of Everrati, commented: “This exciting new addition to our range of redefined and electrified 911s is undoubtedly the most driver-focused yet. Paying homage to an iconic model from three decades ago, our new “RSR” will set hearts racing with a host of subtle improvements, creating an unparalleled experience that combines the best of classic design with modern, zero-emission performance.

“Like all of our models, it features handcrafted craftsmanship using OEM engineering processes and is future-proofed with a state-of-the-art electric powertrain. We are committed to preserving the legacy of iconic vehicles while driving the transition to sustainable luxury mobility. Our expertise in redefined Porsches positions us as the leading international manufacturer of redefined 911s and legendary cars.”
