“This camp was the most fun and educational camp I have ever attended. Lindsey started the camp by exploring vulnerability and how we all find ourselves in this situation, which immediately helped calm my nerves,” said Maggie, a participant from Vermont. “Our coaches were talented, patient and explained things in creative ways that we all understood. They challenged us but made us feel safe, and so women achieved things they never thought possible! Ladies AllRide is a wonderful and welcoming organization. I felt inspired, empowered and grateful to have spent an entire weekend with such encouraging, amazing women!”

“The transformative power of mountain biking has been crucial to my life and inspired me to impact the lives of other women. The symmetry between mountain biking and life has taught me so much about myself. It helped me with my mental and physical health, it made me realize what I can do, taught me to trust myself and overcome obstacles on the bike and in life. I have made it my life’s mission to pass on this knowledge and experience by helping as many women as possible discover their full potential on and off the bike.

Ladies AllRide has a team of experienced, certified, knowledgeable and passionate instructors dedicated to the mission of helping more people who identify as women realize the benefits of mountain biking. “Not only do we teach valuable bicycle handling skills, but we also encourage participants to become more aware of their thoughts. We help them learn to ride through insecure, fear-based thoughts that hinder growth and success on the bike and in life. Through our coaching, we help women see how the same cycling skills needed to overcome obstacles – understanding, practice, determination, balance, momentum – are equally applicable to overcoming the obstacles in their lives,” said Richter. “It’s magical to see women experience these ‘aha moments’!”

“For ten years, Ladies AllRide has broken down so many barriers that have prevented women from entering off-road cycling,” said Cassondra Spring, Liv Global Brand Manager. “Through their camps and platforms, they provide a supportive community that promotes women’s skills and confidence while giving them the joy that comes from riding with other women. Her commitment to promoting women’s mountain biking is unparalleled and Liv couldn’t be prouder to align herself with the values that Ladies AllRide brings to cycling. This is a close partnership that we have maintained since day one and we look forward to continuing to support their groundbreaking work.”

An important part of the camps are the educational stations where women learn about setting up and adjusting suspension, fixing flat tires, bike maintenance, equipment, dealing with fear and more. And then of course there are the raffle prizes thanks to so many great sponsors!
