WHOOP UCI MOUNTAIN BIKE WORLD SERIES PROVIDES AMATEUR RIDERS THE OPPORTUNITY TO COMPETE AT AN ELITE LEVEL
25 events in 21 different countries are part of the Enduro qualifying calendar, where points can be earned to qualify for the UCI World Cup level.
Registrations for all six rounds of the 2024 WHOOP UCI Mountain Bike World Series Open Racing will open soon.
The WHOOP UCI Mountain Bike World Series is the pinnacle of mountain bike racing and encompasses multiple formats of the sport Heaviness And Endurance Categories.
The UCI Enduro And E-Enduro World Cups are some of the most extensive challenges a mountain bike racer can face, offering the opportunity to race all over the world. Each racer has to complete several descents in one day and has to cycle to the summit himself. You have a set start time for each stage and the shortest total time on the stages wins.
Since mountain biking has always been a sport based on the participation of amateurs, Open racing categories are offered alongside both UCI World Cups to give amateur riders the opportunity to experience some of the most spectacular and famous routes in the world.
Additionally, the WHOOP UCI Mountain Bike World Series provides a clear path to help these athletes achieve their dreams through open racing in their Enduro and E-Enduro events, as well as a variety of national championship events around the world. Elite-level racing allows riders to showcase themselves on the big stage and attract the attention of UCI teams and other sponsors, allowing them to advance into the professional ranks.
There are 25 rounds in 21 different countries Points can be earned here to qualify for the UCI Enduro World Cup stage, including the following races:
17th-19th May 2024 | Enduro from Bielsko-Biala | Bielsko-Biala, POL
The second round of the UCI Enduro and E-Enduro World Cup will be a historic one as the series travels to Eastern Europe for the first time. The Enduro Trails network is one of the most well-known in the country, offering seemingly endless tree-lined possibilities. The Polish mountain bike scene is thriving and many are predicting one of the warmest welcomes of the year.
July 31 – August 4, 2024 | American National Championships | Zirconia, North Carolina, USA
The Ride Rock Creek Mountain Bike Park was announced by USA Cycling. The USA is quickly becoming one of the biggest talent centers in mountain bike racing. Both Endurance and Gravity are booming in the US and the Zirconia races promise to be among the biggest and best attended on the calendar.
December 01, 2024 | Philippine National Championships | Guimaras Island, Iloilo PHI
Guimaras, known locally as the mango capital of the Philippines, is an island south of Ilolio. Guimaras Bike Paradise is one of the most complete, demanding and breathtaking trail networks in the region and has hosted national cross-country marathon and enduro championships.
Athletes can qualify to compete in the UCI Mountain Bike Enduro World Cup by meeting one of the following conditions:
Member of an official UCI ENDURO or MIXED team
Earn the minimum required Global Ranking points by the end of 2023 (they will automatically be included in the 2024 reserve list).
Reached the minimum number of Global Ranking Points required to upgrade during the season
Wildcard application
